Mahnue is an alumni of Sacred Heart High School and Central Connecticut State University.She has been a member of RACCE since 2021. Her earlier contributions to the organization included attending Board of Education meetings to voice pressing concerns of the youth of Waterbury public schools. Although not a public school alum herself, Mahnue is passionate about the quality of education and life for Wtby public school students. Through phone banking, canvassing, and other volunteer efforts, Mahnue strives to contribute to RACCE’s cause  to uplift members in her Waterbury community.
