Connecticut Equity and Environmental Justice Advisory Council (CEEJAC) will be hosting their annual retreat and winter meeting on Monday, December 15, 2025, in Waterbury, CT. CEEJAC is an advisory council to the Commissioner of DEEP on historical and current environmental injustices across the state. The annual retreat and winter meeting provides an opportunity for an end of year reflection and look ahead. We host our meeting in an EJ Community in order to learn about the history of the place and the community there. We also break bread together, deepen relationships, and prepare for the upcoming year.
