Elijah Jones, is a computer Science graduate at Central Connecticut State University. Ever since he moved to Waterbury from NYC in 2007, he witnessed a huge difference in the two educational systems. He joined RACCE to tackle blatant issues in the Waterbury school system and to foster change in his community.
